This is a pretty awesome album. I will say, I wasn’t a HARDY fan at first. And to be brutally honest, not just a huge fan still. However, there is a level of respect you have to give the guy for his album Quit!. This album seems to be a real and honest view into trying to make it in the music business, without selling out – or selling your soul to do it.
Say what you want about voice, tone, country vs. rock, but when you break it down to sheer musicality and lyrics… WOW! It start hard with the title track, and just keeps the pedal to the metal.
