I was curious a few weeks back about some of the “legendary” musicians, bands, songwriters from Oklahoma, and found some really awesome answers. Most I have heard of at some point through my almost 50 years. But there was one that stood out that was an unknown name to me. That was Jesse Ed Davis.
So I took a shot at his debut album, Jesse Davis!, first released in 1970 – which I was so glad I found. It really showed his genius.
